The surf boat Boofa came to the Pambula Surf Life Saving Club following service at the North Curl Curl and Narooma clubs. After being purchased by Allan "Bubby" George of Pambula, it sat in the back yard of his family home for years before moving to the Eden Killer Whale Museum. It is now part of the Australian National Maritime Museum's collection and is listed on the Australian Historic Vessels Register.
