Baddeley's Tannery bell:

Cast bell was at the former Baddeley’s Tannery in Pambula on the far south coast of New South Wales to signify the start and finish of work shifts.

The Baddeley family arrived in Pambula from the Monaro in 1866 after purchasing the Post Office Stores, which was housed in a building (no longer standing) at the bottom of the Monaro Street hill. Soon after, they opened the Baddeley's Tannery business, which became one of the town's most successful enterprises.

The bell is in private ownership.
